  • If an order is canceled before tailoring work begins.
  • If there are significant delays in delivery caused by factors within our control.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Custom-tailored products that meet the specifications provided by the customer.
  • Minor fitting adjustments that can be rectified through alteration services.
  • Cancellation requests made after the tailoring process has started.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide details of your order along with proof of the issue (e.g., photographs, receipts).
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Alteration Policy

We offer free alterations for fitting issues reported within 15 days of delivery. If the issue cannot be resolved through alterations, a refund request may be considered.
